The Basics
Each piece from Vinyl & Veil is thoughtfully created, many by hand and made to order.
~Made-to-order pieces ship within 4–6 weeks
~Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3–5 business days
These timelines reflect production time only. Shipping time is calculated separately at checkout.
We always aim to meet these timelines, but because of the handcrafted nature of our work, they are best understood as estimates, not guarantees.
If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once everything is complete.
If your wedding date is quickly approaching, we offer rush production when availability allows. Please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm what’s possible. Choosing expedited shipping at checkout will not shorten production time—it simply speeds up delivery once your piece has shipped.
Shipping options are available at checkout based on your location.
Estimated transit times (after shipment):
~Standard: 5–7 business days
~Expedited: 2–4 business days
~Express: 1–2 business days
These are carrier estimates and may vary, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
Once your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
We take great care in packaging your piece so it arrives beautifully and safely. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Vinyl & Veil is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping option at checkout.
Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Vinyl & Veil is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
To allow for both production and shipping, we recommend ordering 2-4 months ahead of your event. If your timeline is shorter, reach out—we’ll always do our best to guide you toward the best option.
