These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and Vinyl and Veil, a DBA of First Look Bridal, LLC (“Vinyl and Veil,” “First Look Bridal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your use of our in-store bridal boutique services, website, online store, ecommerce operations, and appointment systems.


By visiting our boutique, scheduling an appointment, placing an order online, making a purchase, engaging with our communications, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.


We use systems provided by BridalLive Software, LLC, Wix.com Ltd. (for website hosting, ecommerce functionality, and payment processing), and other third-party platforms for appointments, customer records, ecommerce operations, and payment processing. Separate purchase agreements, order confirmations, and appointment documents may apply to specific transactions and govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.


Scope of Services


Vinyl and Veil provides bridal consultation services in-store, retail sales, and ecommerce sales of bridal veils and related merchandise through our online store.


In-store services:

  • Bridal appointments and consultations

  • Retail merchandise sales

  • Product fittings, try-ons, and in-person assistance

Online services:

  • Browsing and purchasing products via our website

  • Standard ecommerce checkout process

  • Order confirmations, fulfillment, and shipping of physical goods

Online product availability, pricing, descriptions, and specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify listings, or discontinue products at any time.


All orders, whether in-store or online, are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.


Acceptance of Terms


By using our services, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have legal authority to act on behalf of a minor or dependent when making purchases or scheduling services.


Continued use of our website, ecommerce store, or in-person services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.


Appointments, Booking Fees, and In-Store Services


Appointments may require booking fees or deposits as disclosed at the time of scheduling. These fees reserve dedicated consultation time and may be non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. Appointments are limited in duration and subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel appointments when necessary due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are expected to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of booking fees.


Online Orders, Shipping, and Fulfillment


Online orders are processed through our ecommerce system and are subject to acceptance and availability.


Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled within estimated timeframes provided at checkout or in order communications

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order is handed to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Orders, Deposits, and Product Agreements


Some products, including custom or special-order items, may require deposits and are governed by separate purchase agreements or designer policies. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once production begins. Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing purchase. Written agreements and product-specific terms will control in the event of any conflict.


Refunds and Returns


Refunds and returns are governed by applicable product policies and order terms. In general:

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production begins

  • Eligible returns must comply with stated return windows and conditions

  • Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary.


Payment Processing and Security


Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information on our internal systems.  We are not responsible for errors, delays, or security issues caused by third-party payment processors. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate billing information and sufficient funds for transactions.


Text Messaging Program


Vinyl and Veil offers an appointment and marketing text messaging program (“Text Program”) for confirmations, reminders, order updates, and promotional messages. Participation is voluntary and requires consent, which may be provided through:

  • Online checkout or booking forms

  • Verbal agreement during appointments or calls

  • Initiating text communication with us

Reviews and User-Generated Content


By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, or violates these Terms.


Prohibited Conduct


Customers may not engage in:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or customers

  • Disruptive conduct in-store or online

  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse

  • Unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Misrepresentation of identity or payment information

  • Violation of applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations.


Alcohol and Complimentary Beverages


Complimentary beverages may be offered in-store to guests of legal drinking age. Consumption is optional and must be responsible. We reserve the right to discontinue service or beverage offerings at our discretion for safety or operational reasons.


Children and Minors


Children are welcome in-store when supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their supervision and behavior. We are not responsible for injuries or damages involving minors on the premises.


Assumption of Risk


By using our services in-store or online, you assume responsibility for your personal conduct, safety, and property. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow reasonable instructions.


Intellectual Property


All website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by First Look Bridal, LLC or used with permission. Vinyl and Veil is a DBA of First Look Bridal, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.


Disclaimers


All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. We do not guarantee product descriptions, colors, or availability to be error-free and reserve the right to correct inaccuracies at any time.


Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service at issue.


Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vinyl and Veil and First Look Bridal, LLC from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.


Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by Texas law. We encourage informal resolution of disputes. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law.


Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.


Termination


We may terminate or restrict access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior.


Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
